Satu & Joakim
You’ve come to the right place. Let’s start by completing the fear analysis below.
Hundreds of people have already found clarity through our free analysis.

This is not an ordinary automated quiz. This is a tool we have created to make the invisible visible.

We — Satu and Joakim — read every response personally.

Once you have completed the analysis, we will look at your situation and send you an insight into which unconscious protective pattern — such as shame, fear of rejection, or insecurity — is consuming the most of your life energy right now, and how you can begin to release it.

98

%

Over 98% of those who complete the analysis say it helped them see their fears more clearly. That is the first step toward a life lived in love.

Set aside around 5–10 minutes of quiet time. The more honestly you dare to look in the mirror, the more precise and illuminating the feedback we can give you. All responses are treated in complete confidence.

    Fear Analysis

Rate each statement on a scale of 1–5.

1 = Does not describe me at all ... 5 = Describes me perfectly.

    Category A: People-pleaser / Fear of rejection

This group measures the need to adapt, seek approval, and abandon your own boundaries.

I adjust my behaviour depending on who I am with.

I don't dare to be fully myself.

I have a strong need to please others.

I find it difficult to say no.

I go along with things I don't actually want.

I avoid conflict and disagreement as much as possible.

I am afraid of being left alone.

I easily set my own needs aside for the sake of others.

    I seek approval from others.

I make myself smaller in the company of others.

I often think about what others think of me.

I am afraid that if people see the real me, they will be disappointed or reject me.

Category B: Performer / Fear of not being enough (Shame)

This group measures the need to perform, compare yourself to others, and protect yourself from failure.

I am afraid of being visible.

The thought of failing influences my choices.

    I compare myself to others.

I notice I focus on what I lack or what I am not.

I keep myself busy so I don't have to think too much.

I get stuck refining details instead of moving forward.

I take things personally quite easily.

I feel a need to defend myself even when I am not directly being attacked.

I find it difficult to simply stop and do nothing.

I often feel an inexplicable restlessness or exhaustion even when I haven't done anything physically demanding.

I find it difficult to show weakness or ask others for help.

There are dreams or goals I haven't dared to even try to pursue.

Category C: Controller / Fear of insecurity

This group measures overthinking, intolerance of uncertainty, and the need to control your environment.

I find it hard to trust that things will work out.

    I experience jealousy.

I often prepare for the worst (catastrophic thinking).

I trust what I can control more than I trust that things will work themselves out.

I find it difficult to simply be without planning my next move.

I find it difficult to make decisions.

I react to situations more strongly than I would like to.

I postpone decisions even when I know what I should do.

I prefer to take the easier path.

I overthink situations after the fact.

I want to make sure of things before I act.

I find uncertainty difficult to tolerate.

I often notice tension in my body (e.g. shoulders, jaw, stomach) without having realised it.

Category D: Love and authenticity (Positive statements)

In these statements, 5 = a good thing.

I am able to be gentle and forgiving with myself when I make a mistake.

I can easily identify what I genuinely want — not just what I feel I should want.

I am able to feel happy for others' successes without it feeling like something taken from me.

    Open questions

Answer these in your own words.

In which situations do you react strongly, even if you wouldn't call it fear?

What kinds of actions or behaviours in others trigger a strong reaction in you?

When did you last back away from something — and why?

    What are you afraid of?

What things — such as dreams, relationships, or peace of mind — do you feel you have had to give up because of these protective patterns?

When you experience stress, pressure, or anxiety, where and how do you feel it in your body?

    Final question

We are here to help you release these unconscious patterns. On a scale of 1–10, how ready are you to truly face your own blind spots together with us?

(1 = I am not yet ready, 10 = I am fully ready to do the work).
